RACE INFORMATION
Hi everyone,
A bit of Race Admin here for those that it applies to, so apologies for the longer message.
*Bank holiday sessions*
Even though it's Bank holiday I'll still put on the usual Sun morning 9.15am and Mon evening 6pm sessions regardless. With it being bank holiday please feel free to do your own peer paddles whenever suits if you wish and I'm sure some of you are away too. Please let me know if you are coming to any of these.

*Club nights Mon 20th of April. - Bollington - All season*[/b]
We will need to use the club sign up sheet for this. Please do fill that Google sheet in, if you are attending, it really helps with club admin. Use the grey area if you are using your own equipment. https://docs.google.com/.../1V3U3TqjRCS ... ../edit...
*2026 Race Dates*
Please see a list of the race dates here and a link to the main MRC calendar for nationwide

*Pre Flight Checks*
Really important as we head towards the start of the season to check over the boats, making sure the footrests, seats and bolts are all in place and the rudders are working correctly. Also on race day check over your boat before you get on the water, things can vibrate loose in transit.
If we could also all please get in to the habit of washing and wiping down the race boats to keep them in good shape that would be appreciated. This is really important when paddling in different bodies of water, we do not want to contaminate any water we are paddling in from the canal and we also don't want to bring anything back with us either.
Happy paddling.
